Lori has been a licensed REALTOR® for over 10 years and has been the Managing Broker of Royal Lepage Westshore for the last three years.
Randy was a licensed REALTOR® for many years with Royal Lepage in residential sales, and also had a busy Commercial business.

Lori is focused on the day-to-day contact with clients. She will be the one whose smiling face will meet you at the office and take you around to see properties that you have selected. Lori will also work with new Sellers to prepare their homes for sale and run Open House campaigns for you. Lori is also a consummate negotiator and knows the Greater Victoria market conditions inside out. Lori's talents and experience will guide clients through the baffling world of offers, counter offers, and Real Estate contracts.

Randy concentrates on the Marketing/Business Manager aspect of things - market appraisals, feasibility studies, researching the impact of policy and tax changes..as well as sending, through Lori, a regular package to our clients of Real Estate information that you will find useful. It may be about protecting your credit information, important market changes, governmental policy changes that will affect you, the outlook for interest rates...in short, items of value to you.

Lori was raised in Victoria and knows the city, it's neighbourhoods, schools, parks, shopping areas, and recreational facilities. Lori was also a resident of Sooke for a number of years, so her in-depth knowledge of Greater Victoria covers a lot of ground. As a team, we have represented clients from all areas of Victoria to Sooke to Lake Cowichan, Parksville, and spots in between.

Randy came to Victoria 16 years ago to visit a friend and has never left!! During that time Randy has become just as familiar with Victoria and it's wonders.
